Glynn was obviously very busy, but only got back in touch with me after a few days. He came to our place exactly when he said he would, phoning 20 minutes beforehand to announce his arrival. He was friendly and professional and quickly diagnosed the problem without TV reception. His charge seemed very reasonable. I would certainly use Glynn again and am happy to recommend him and his company to others.
